This hand proves that unlikely things eventually happen in poker. No matter how unlikely they are, the long run will make them real.

Getting quad aces is quite rare and only happens one time in 4,165 hands, but everyone who plays poker has stumbled across four aces a couple of times in their career.

Getting a royal flush is even harder and statistically you'll only get it 1 in 649,740 hands.

In this incredibly sick hand, one player had quad aces and another held a royal flush. If you were to play poker for an eternity, this would of course happen. But the long run in this case is close to forever…

Not a nice way to leave the WSOP that's for sure.
